Part of the collection Talk To Me / Háblame. This is an embroidery made by hand and a sewing machine. The center displays the marks of two sets of lips. The lips in the center correspond to the movement of the mouth saying the word 'love' in Spanish, 'amor'. Each syllable of the word 'amor' is represented by a set of lips. The title of the piece is spelled phonetically as it’s pronounced in Spanish so that English speakers can pronounce it perfectly.
